I had a great girlfriends’ day out with my darling girlfriends last weekend at East Coast Park.
It’s our third outing there and this time, I brought Boo along as well!
There’s something about Boo.
She can always sense that I’m going to bring her out even before I tells her or pack her stuff.
Dogs are amazing animals.

Anyway, here we are!
I brought this ugly “picnic” mat and we sat there for hours and spent the afternoon there.
It has been a while since I last did something like that and I absolutely miss it!
But us being lazy girls, we just bought cooked food from the hawker centre nearby and made it our “picnic”.
Hurhurhur!
And we camwhored too. :D

Hey guys! Sorry that I’ve been away for so long.
Am now back with a mega update for you guys! :D

Buttons and I brought Maliboo to the beach last weekend.
It was a really fun time for me because it was the time to find out if Maliboo knows how to swim!
I know there are only some breeds that knows how to swim (?)
But Maliboo is a rojak dog and I don’t really know the exact details of her parentage to be honest.
Hmm.. Whatever it is, we’ve found out that Maliboo can swim!

I hope she doesn’t hate us because I think we made her really tired.
Think she doesn’t really like swimming also. Heh!

She was really happy when she knew we were bringing her out. :p
Little did she know that she was gonna get an experience of a lifetime soon. Hiak hiak!

Maliboo was super duper uber tired after the rigorous exercise session!
I have never seen her that tired before!
It was also one of my most unglam visits to a beach.
I was wearing a wet singlet and wet shorts running around, chasing after the dog.
It was drizzling when we first got there and Buttons and I looked super off with our umbrella. Hahaha!
Nonetheless, I still had a lot of fun and I hope Maliboo had fun despite the fatigue! :p

This one particular picture really made me burst out laughing (sorry maliboo).

Poor girl. She was totally thrashed by the time we got home.
Buttons and I were super tired after the whole chase-dog-bathe-dog thing at Sentosa as well.
What a great Saturday! :D

Good exercise for lazy Maliboo too. Heh.

I hate it whenever my bras go out of shape when I throw them into my bag.

I visited Marina Bay Sands (for the first time) yesterday.
What can I say? I’m super suah-gu. Hahaha!
But I have to say I’m really amazed! The building itself looks really gorgeous!
The rooms are really pretty as well.
Belinda is leaving the company and she booked a room there to hold a little get-together. <3

As for this weekend, I reckon I’m gonna spend it slacking at home.

I bought a couple DVDs 2 nights ago and hopefully I’ll get to watch all of them over this weekend!
I love snuggling up on the couch to watch DVD with ice cream or junk food. Heh!

I am leaving Singapore in another 12 hours’ time!
But damn, I haven’t finished packing my luggage and I still have so many things to do.
I just finished doing up an advert scheduled for this coming week, I’m feeling so accomplished! Heh!
That means less work when I’m abroad. *grins*
Will try to do up the Sunday Advertorials for this coming Sunday as well, so stay tuned. :)

But well, all these are still not as important as Maliboo.
I don’t know why but I am missing Maliboo already!
And it’s as if she knows that I’ll be leaving too. She kept whining and refused to leave me even when I’m home!
I always miss her so much when I’m overseas. I love the touch of her fur and her stinky face. Hehe.
I love her lah! :p

I had coffee with Raylene yesterday as well. :)
It was really nice meeting her and as strange as it sounds, this is actually the first time we went out by ourselves!
Our families are all super closely-knitted but I wonder why we haven’t really been hanging out.
Maybe it’s because of our 7-years age gap.
Aiya but now that she is already 18 (and I wanna act 18), we should hang out more often. LOL!
No pictures of her and I wonder why. I’m so forgetful.

And of course, the packing!
My mother lent me this huge suitcase for the trip. It’s really super big lor!
But when I took pictures and showed it to my friends,
they suggested that I should bring this luggage there EMPTY! Wtf.
Is the shopping there really that hardcore?! But even if there are really so many things to buy,
I WON’T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY ALSO RIGHT! Hahahahaha!
Oh well, I’m super looking forward to the shopping there already.
I hope the amount of money I’m bringing will be sufficient. Heh.

Freaking love my chio-to-the-max passport cover! I feel super happy every time I use my passport!
Am feeling a little upset though, because travelling always reminds me of Tommy the tomato.
I tried looking for a replacement tomato but I cannot find it anymore.
Tommy is a stressball from Singapore Blood Bank, if you’re wondering who the hell Tommy is. Haha!
I even tried to ask the Blood Bank if they still have the tomato stressball but to no avail. *sad*

And I realized that I actually have the Laneige Travel (trial actually haha) Pack! :D Lucky me!

Oh and before I forget, there is this super yummy brownie I tried recently!
And the best thing is, you can actually order it online so it’s super good for super lazy people (like me).
The baker and owner of the online store is really friendly and nice too.

Especially yummy when it’s slightly warm (& with ice cream!) SLURPS.

I’m writing this with a heavy heart.
Maliboo has a diarrhoea and has been scrambling to the toilet since morning.
And I think she pooed so much that her stools now have a tinge of blood in them.
I hope she’s feeling okay and not suffering from horrible tummy aches! :(
I shouldn’t have fed her the greasy meat.
I’m gonna bring her to the vet tomorrow morning.

I’m such a terrible mummy.

I spent the most of today shopping around town alone today.
It was quite nice though! Shopping alone is almost always fun to me.
Of course, having one pint of Hoegaarden helps too! :p

I went shopping for stuff & bought a new bag from good and cheap Charles & Keith,
diamonte studs for daily use from Chomel, and a new mascara from Paul and Joe!

And decided to grace my blog with a few ugly pictures of me again.
I know you all like to see my ugly!

I’m freaking proud of my double chin.

I caught a picture of Boo snuggling up to Buttons few days ago when he was taking a nap.
She looks SO ADORABLE lazing around Buttons!
She was sleeping soundly until I went near her for the picture.

Time really flies – I’ve had Maliboo for more than a year already.
Although she has brought me some headache and quite a bit of inconvenience sometimes,
I’m really glad to have her in my life!
She is the first one to greet me everytime I get home after a long day.

I realized my skin isn’t doing really well lately again.

Anyway, I wanna share a funny conversation I shared with Buttons.
Just now I was telling him that both my vibrators are broken.

I went out with Buttons for a nice ramen dinner @ our favourite place.
KEN’S RAMEN!
Buttons is really sweet though,
because he surprised me with my favourite white rose!
A simple one stalk is enough to sweep me off my feet!

The weekend was rather quiet & peaceful for us.
We bummed around at home and caught movies non stop.
Even our meals were delivered.
I think we’re gradually evolving into stay-home-bummers.
Or better known as ?? & ??.
HAHAHA.

Maliboo has been attacked by ticks again.
It’s really upsetting because she actually recovered from it already.
But no idea why they got to her again.
The worse thing is, I’m not exactly good at searching her body for ticks.

THAT’S WHERE THEY ALWAYS LIKE TO HIDE IN!!!!

Buttons came over to our rescue and helped de-tick Boo.

We found the Queen Tick, which is REALLY REALLY HUGE & DISGUSTING!
It’s really super gross.
At this very moment as I’m blogging about it,
I can actually feel tickles all over me.
G R O S S !

But the real psycho is Buttons.

Anyway, we really found a lot of ticks on Boo.
And to cut her agony short,
I’ve already sent her for professional deticking services.
She’s gonna lose all her fur again.

Alright on a less-gross & happier note, I bought new stickers!
I’m a huge sucker for cute stationery and stuff.
But this set of stickers are damn fun because we get to “play” with it.

I just received the pictures taken at Rossie’s farewell dinner from Lianie.
& time really flies!
Rossie and Roy has been gone for almost 2 weeks already.
I hope everything has been great for them in Idaho!
Hopefully, we’ll have the opportunity to visit them there or
meet up in Las Vegas or something! :p

I think I need to do something about my unhealthy lifestyle,
bad eating & sleeping habits and diet as well.
Perhaps I should start by getting a new pair of shoes
so that I’d go out to gym or something.
Or at least bring Boo for a jog, hmmm.. or at least brisk walk?

Anyway, Buttons bought me a pair of red heels I totally LOVE!

Oh how time flies, flies, flies!
Boo has been with my family for slightly more than a year now.
But it still feels like yesterday when she first stepped in!

She was such an actress.
The first time she came into my house, she felt so uncomfortable.
& would hide in corners all the time.
It didn’t take her very long to get warmed up to us though,
and look how terrorizing she is now!

Still remember how Boo looks like as a puppy? :D

GOD I LOVE HER!

But after a good bath and fur trim, she’s looking (and smelling) good again!

Although the day started off rather sucky due to some miscommunication,
we still manage to pull it off in the end with just a couple close friends.

It was REALLY fun.

Benjamin is totally geeking out now.
He is squatting with his laptop on a tiny breakfast-in-bed table,
preparing the scores for his recital next week.

I accompanied Benjamin to his niece’s baby shower couple days ago.
The little girl is SO ADORABLE!
Why are all babies so cute? :P

It was just a pretty ordinary weekend for Benjamin and I.
Caught “The International” on the big screen, it was pretty good I’d say.
Had a family gathering with my uncles and aunts.
And have been seeing Benjamin every single day. *cough*

Time really really flies.
Maliboo celebrated her first birthday on 19th April 2009.
But because her mother was still having her exams then,
Maliboo need to have her birthday treat one week later.
(I’m so sorry, Boo.)

I’ve read a couple forums and found this place.
Looks like a pretty decent place if you ask me.

Honestly, I’m still quite new to a lot of doggy stuff.
And honestly, I am getting really excited about the meal later!
Benjamin and I will be going there with Maliboo later.
I HOPE IT’S A LOT OF FUN!

I hope my 1-year-old bitch will love her dinner later.

Poor Maliboo.
I found a tick on her a couple days ago.
And just to put my heart at ease, I’ve decided to shave her down.
Some said that she now look like a rat. Some said monkey. Some said cat.

But to me, she is still my cutest ugly pet MALIBOO!

She is the most irritating but most adorable dog ever.
And I know she loves me.
Just now as I was looking out the window, heaving a sigh.
She rubbed her body against me and scratched my leg,
as if telling me, “I know it’s difficult Mommy. But everything will get better in time.”

So, thank you Boo.

To all those who are concerned about Boo and I,
we’re doing well!
Maliboo is getting a little too barkish though.
And I wonder if there are anyone of you who has solutions for it.
She barks when people walk pass my door.
Barks when someone slams the door.
Barks at the slightest noise.
And it’s really annoying at times
(especially in the mornings when I’m still asleep!)
PLEASE – tell me how I can help make her less excited and barkish.

Other than that, I love her to bits.
She’s a little terror but I know she loves me.
:)

I’ve got two new posters -
one with Marilyn Monroe, the other with Audrey Hepburn.
And my room is really becoming like a Marilyn Monroe temple.
LOL.

I love the posters to bits though.
So pretty! :)

Chinese New Year is just round the corner.
But honestly, I’m not feeling the mood at all.
In fact, I just feel like staying home with Maliboo tomorrow.
Even reunion dinner sounds boring to me. Sigh.
Doesn’t make it better when I’m like having a horrible breakout now.
Bleah. This really sucks.
