I’m sentimental

This is my first time in Paris, and I’m utterly thrilled!
They call Paris the City of Love and Lights.
It may sound really cliche, but to me, I can really feel the love in here.

Our Europe trip will start from Paris, then to Rome, Barcelona and back to Paris for another 2 days before we head home.
Today is already the 5th day that I’m in Paris and I’m feeling sad about leaving here for Rome.
I’m missing the sparkly Eiffel Tower already.

The journey here was quite torturous. I hate long flights!
In a way, the stopover at Dubai (we flew Emirates) was somewhat comforting because I got to stretch my legs a little.
Speaking of flying Emirates, I’m proud to say that the total expenses for our
long flights + domestic flights + accommodation went up to only about $2.2k per person!
*proud*

Oh! It’s my first time lugging such a BIG backpack too. Heh!

Our apartment is at Rue de Verneuil, it’s just a stone throw away from Musee d’Orsay, one of the main attractions in Paris.
It’s a lovely neighbourhood and we can find almost anything we need in here.
It’s fabulous to have such a pretty looking museum as our neighbour too!
After the flight and a ride on the underground trains,
we were blown away when we stepped out of the underground walkway and saw this!

We quickly settled down and scrambled out to check out the area!

Dinner was at this Cafe du Metro place. Food was expensive. And the servings were MASSIVE!

Black Friday usually doesn’t sound like anything good. But when it comes to Black Friday at Jipaban, it’s all about amazing shopping deals!
Black Friday is the day following Thanksgiving Day, traditionally the beginning of the Christmas shopping season!

Get 25% off female and male fashion, 10% off books, gifts, DVDs and blurays, and 5% off games!
There is almost everything on Jipaban people. :p

Everything from apparels, gifts, gadgets, DVDs and more!

And if you haven’t seen Jipaban, there are so many things that I wanna get in there!
After much inner struggle, I have picked 5 exciting ones to share. :p

I cannot take my eyes off this few items, super cute to the max!
I have a passport cover that looks similar to this and since I love travelling, this would make a really good travel journal. :)

And these!
I think it’s a good way to punk the staff at the customs at the airport. Haha! Kidding.
Really cute isn’t it?
I think it’ll be a real good travel buddy.

I also love this bright yellow one-piece Beatrice is wearing!
The color is bright and Beatrice looks fabulous! :D

And of course, a pair of classic black harem pants will always be a good choice to pick out if you don’t know what to wear.
This pair looks really comfy!

And even DVDs. I LOVE “Love and Other Drugs”. Both leads are hotties and the storyline rocks too. :p

Before I go and shop for myself, check out Jipaban because Black Friday only happens for ONE DAY! Christmas and the New Year is coming, no better reason to shop if you ask me. Heh!
