The creepy Vietnamese aunty.

February 23rd, 2010 by sixpegs

Just something random here in this blog entry.
Here’s me when I was out two days ago.
I followed my Mom to her best friend’s place for a party!
Aunty Just and Mom are sweet as ever, I hope my girlfriends and I are still so close decades later!

And here is little Selina, she’s SO adorable!
Her Mom is Thai so she speaks really fluent Thai on top of English and Mandarin.
So awesome! I wanna be able to speak Thai too!
She will grow up to be a real babe! Just look at her now – already so pretty!

Another random picture of Mommy and I.
We look so funky here! :D

What about some accessories?

February 19th, 2010 by sixpegs

Hello again girls.
The previous garage sales I did had really great response, so I’m back for more.
One of the readers asked for a sale on my accessories,
so I cleaned up a bit and picked out a few that
I don’t wear anymore/have not wear and probably will never wear.

Check them out and do drop me a comment if you fancy any.
Remember the item goes to the first person who pays.
Thanks!

Why Try To Change Me Now

February 19th, 2010 by sixpegs

Saw this one on Sharon Au’s blog.
It’s such a great song, thought I should share it here too.

Why Try To Change Me Now
Fiona Apple

I’m sentimental
So I walk in the rain
I’ve got some habits
That I can’t explain
Could start for the corner
Turn up in Spain
Why try to change me now

I sit and daydream
I’ve got daydreams galore
Cigarette ashes
There they go on the floor
I go away weekends
And leave my keys in the door
But why try to change me now

Why can’t I be more conventional
People talk
People stare
So I try
But that’s not for me
Cuz I can’t see
My kind of crazy world
Go passing me by

So let people wonder
Let ‘em laugh
Let ‘em frown
You know I’ll love you
Till the moon’s upside down
Don’t you remember
I was always your clown
Why try to change me now

Don’t you remember
I was always your clown
Why try to change me
Why try to change me now

I love you, dear panties.
