Phillip Wain with Mommy.

I made another trip to Phillip Wain in hopes leading a healthier lifestyle.
And this time round, I’ve gotten my Mommy with me!

It was a really great experience with me this time, especially with Mommy’s company.

I love it when I see my Mommy unwinding and feeling great.
This time round, Mommy received a Ginseng Spa Treatment and she really loved it.
According to her, the spa treatment was relaxing and rejuvenating,
and even the scent of Ginseng makes her feel relaxed and lifted!
I think going to treatments and spas together is a great bonding activity for us!
At the end of the day, we both felt healthier and were both glowing (literally and figuratively!)
I think this is a great Christmas gift for my beloved mother.

As for me, I went to the gym and even had my own personal trainer, Fina there.
She was professional and friendly, which really made me feel at home.
To be honest, I felt relieved when I saw that the trainer is a lady too.
After all, it’s most comfortable working out with a lady trainer, isn’t it? :)

I don’t feel any awkwardness even if she was adjusting my body postures, etc.

The personal trainer asked me a few questions about my lifestyle and how often I’ve been working out
(which is near zero if you’re wondering),
and guided me along the way as I tried out the different machines in the gym.
I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all trying out various exercise positions during my workout because it’s all ladies around.
On the contrary, I felt really motivated when I see everyone else was looking so radiant and toned!
Hahaha.

I went for a class of Latin Jam which was held in the Dance Studio.
The studio is spacious and well

    Just to check with you the price range for the facials and exercise packages at Philip Wain?

    Am interested but not sure if i can afford it..

    hello there stella, the price range of various facials and packages is quite big leh.
    but i know if you purchase a package of like 3 facials, you can save a lot already.
    if you get bigger packages, save even more.
    you just call them and ask lor.
    at the end of the day if you don’t want also never mind one la. :)
