The mirror inside went loose and not in place anymore. because it happen to one of my bbf too, and i dismantle it and paste it back. they didnt use glue to secure it but they use double sided tape. so after awhile it come off. probably you can bring it back to the seller you brought it from to change it. it should be covered with warranty for that matter, unless you want to explore and dismantle your bbf yourself.. (highly not recommended!) I think i know what happen to it..
