my hair is long and heavy and i think it has losing all the layers it had.
so…
time for a cut!
i haven’t had a cut in 4 months!
it is quite a record for me!
for your information, i LOVE getting my hair cut!
since miumiu went away for work last week,
i send him an MMS almost everyday.
:)
so maybe i thought i can put the MMSes to better use.
hahaha.

hahaha!
hair and accessories really do change how a person look totally!
amazingly, the langth is almost the same!
but it is so much thinner now!
so easy to manage, so easy to style!
so that it’ll be easier to have my hair grow longer in a neat way.
it is not too short and at least it has a proper shape now!
i don’t have to hide behind my headbands everyday anymore.
haha!
(i still SO LOVE headbands though!)
i kinda love the old fringe i had…
but it is getting so heavy,
my hair is flat half the time.
so hopefully i can get back the fringe after this cut grows longer!
i want long hair!
yay.

it is quite amazing how many Singaporeans watch “hey! gorgeous”
i actually have people naming me on the streets when i head out.
from the auntie working in Ya Kun Cafe,
to little girls in the friendly neighbourhood of Jurong,
to the salesmen in the optics shop at Northpoint.
i’m not exactly very comfortable with people staring at me.
but since i willingly joined this competition,
i am prepared for more attention.
but the next time when you recognise me,
don’t just keep staring at me.
as a matter of fact,
that doesn’t put me at ease at all.
SMILE TO ME LAH!
hahahaha.
i actually started a small talk with the teenage girl at Jurong.
and also that Ya Kun auntie!
i think it is pretty nice to have a new topic to start conversations with ppl.
so remember,

anyway, miumiu is going to be home tomorrow morning.
and i’m gonna run to meet him tomorrow!

tiang, last time when i was in JC, i had really short hair.
and when i wear my uniform, with black hair, no makeup, I LOOK LIKE A BUTCH TOO!
i think short hair will look fabulous with a lot of styling and dressing up. can look really polished. :) i love short hair. hahaha. best for late night showers!!!

hahahaha! yea i think annie would be able to reproduce that hairstyle for a guy! you can probably get a picture and show it to her! she is pretty good. and she also give her comments as to whether the hairstyle is going to look good on you. i used to bring zoe tay’s short crop to show her but she told me it’s not going to turn out the same with my hair quality etc.

wanna ask what brand of makeup (e.g foundation & blusher) and makeup remover do you use? Are they non-comedogenic?
Cos they look good on ur skin & it seems they do not cause breakouts!

mentos, i use faceshop foundation and blusher from estee lauder and sometimes bronzer from body shop. makeup remover from loreal. not sure if they are non-comedogenic but i suppose they can’t be TOO bad la. haha. my skin still has breakouts sometimes. they got their good and bad days. and i got problems with black heads. dunno why. alot on my forehead! DAMMIT!

jess, its liquid foundation. im not really a fan of powder foundation, i think they will cake up at the end of the day. i don’t like. mascara, i got quite alot. loreal, estee lauder, majolica. loreal gives really dramatic ones in my opinion. loreal i use the water proff makeup remover and cleansing milk lor. :)

YY, i never had my hair permed at annie’s before. but she used to be a senior stylist at Lot 1 Jentzen. so i suppose she has to be experienced and of certain calibre to be a senior stylist at a well know salon? i have faith in her skills. :) maybe you can call and ask her is she do perms well etc. haha i dunno. ask tactfully?

btw, will she be able to advise the suitable styles? Can u believe that for 28yrs, i still searching for my ideal hairdresser…lately been freq EC house but totally regretted it!! arrggghhh….
the other day i told the hairdresser, not to cut short..coz i might want to keep my hair long…she said ok, just trim…then she took the thinning scissor snip here and there…and trim HALF my fringe. I am so mad beyond mad. How to keep my hair long with what she done! qi si wo!!!
beside that, it’s really chop chop cut..i estimated that it’s less than 4mins the moment she snip my hair and she told me all done … pengz..
