i started keeping diaries since i was in primary 6.
and i love writing in my diaries.
i treat her (yes my diary is a pretty girl) as someone who would listen to me and agree with me in anything.

the habit went on until i was in university.
but it stopped after i started blogging.
is it a waste?

i love reading up older entries.
especially those that were written when i was much younger.
check this out.

this was written by the young peggy on 4th August 1997 when i was in primary six.
nine frigging years ago!!!!
and today, i realised that it’ll be another 9 days before i turn 21.
tell me about how time flies!!!!

just in case you can’t read what was written, here goes:

“Daddy gave me $50 today.
I was overjoyed.
Actually, I thought that he was only joking but he really did so.
I called my friends who were coming to my celebration tomorrow
and found out that a lot of them can’t make it tomorrow,
so, I changed it to 6th of August which is also the actual day of my birthday.”

hahahaha. i sound childish and silly but really happy!
i could feel that i was really feeling very happy back then.
:))

you must be wondering what i can do with that $50 my Daddy gave me.
hahahaaha.

i can remember very vividly i spent some on tidbits for my friends and kept the rest.
and celebrated my 12th birthay playing water bombs with my classmates in the multi storey carpark that is just opposite my block.

those were the days…

a close friend once asked me why i stopped writing in diaries.
hmm. i think its because blogging is almost the same as writing in a diary and i can even include pictures!
hahaha.
and there are some things in my life that i do not wish to include in my diary.
i once had some unhappy experiences with my diary.
sigh.
i love and hate it.
nevertheless, these are my priced possessions!

i gave one of it to miumiu as pressie!
its like giving away a piece of myself. hahahahaha.
i hope he will treasure it as much as i do! :))

went for some shit yesterday.

it was a casting for a samsung job at world cyber games held at expo (i think..)
and i was later told i’m chosen for the job!!
but i’m not exactly very happy.

the dates of the job is 6th, 10 to 13th.
and 6th is my birthday actual. :(

i’m having a party on the 5th and i’m sure i’m gg to sleep v late that day.
i’m going to be zombified if i turn up for work the next day.

i went my granny’s house yesterday!
hahaha. and i was the official grooming artist there.
shaped my cousin’s eyebrows and my aunt-in-law’s as well.
haha… i love doing such little little things.

i had a shoot early this morning with miumiu in sentosa!
the weather was bad in the morning!! :(
but luckily it turned really sunny again when it approaches noon.

i hope the photos turn out well!
we were told that the photos preview will take place on either monday or tuesday! :D

this morning, i’m saved the day!

miumiu was supposed to have a 15km run at seletar area today morning.
but i received a call from him at 10.30am, and he said that he is taking a bus to yishun.
he needs to see a doctor because he hurt his leg in the midst of the run.
*sad*
he can’t walk properly so i decided to cycle out to the interchange to pick him up, and cycle him to the polyclinic in yishun.
he thought it will be cheaper to be referred to AH sports shit department if he goes to a polyclinic first.

great morning exercise for me.
miumiu is not light at all. :(

but he so poor thing…
can’t even bend his knee at ease because it hurts alot.

luckily he is still mentally sane.
so we went to destress with a buffet dinner.
lol.

i also bought paper dolls!
i saw them at a night market and i immediately know i need to buy them!
hhahahahaha. its so fun playing with them again.
when i was younger, i’d make “houses” for the paper dolls.
at the first page will be the main door,
the as you flip the pages, the doll gets to different rooms of the “house”
HOW CREATIVE!

ok, back to the buffet dinner.
i’m going to be a fat pig soon.

remember i mentioned that miu and i have telepathy when it comes to picking the colour of our clothes?

awwww. haha.

i did a starhub printad shoot at ubi area yesterday.
the goddamn place is SO FUCKING HARD TO FIND.
*huff*
but the shooting area looks not bad.
big and clean.
i think they put a studio there because the rent is more affordable.

anyway, i reached there at 1.30pm in the afternoon. (as i was told)
and i had to wait until 4 plus before the shoot begun.
*faint*
i really was feeling a little bu shuang already.
but well, i was paid to wait.
so i had to accept it. can earn money sitting around mah. i like.
hahahahahaha. omg i sound so cheap bitch.
lol.
the shoot turned out quite well. (thank god!)

the male model whom i did the shoot together with looked really like a good friend of mine called zhengxin! hahaha.
so it wasn’t hard for me to be friendlier with him. haha.
just treat him like zzx. hehe.

my face look like the monkey’s bottoms.

after the job i headed over to plaza sing to wait for jaws and sindy.
(to go zouk together!!!!!!!!)
i was really hungry so went cafe cartel lor.
AHH! I WANNA COMPLAIN!!!!

the service was really atrocious!
i sat there for like 5 mins and no one actually brought me the menu!
obviously the waiter saw me!
but he chose to ignore me! damm!
and when i walked up to him and asked for the menu,
he kept apologising. and later handed me the menu.
i placed my order. and i requested for the waiter to bring me a few pieces of bread because i was alone and it would be very troublesome to head in to get the bread.
thinking that i’m alone, he actually agreed to bring me some bread.
i waited for close to 10 mins.
NOTHING CAME!
when my soup arrived, i went into the restaurant to get some bread personally.
to my astonishment, all the bread were JUST being kept away!!!!!!!!!
AHHHH!!!!
i love cafe cartel’s bread!!!!!!
i left the restaurant in a huff and returned to my table.
ran into that SAME waiter at the door
and he APOLOGISED again and said he’ll now fetch me the bread now.
ARGGHHHH…
and i almost screamed “NO MORE BREAD ALREADY!”

i didn’t had proper food from afternoon till 10pm and i’m really dying to have some nicey cafe cartel bread.

it is the day for the job at marina mandarin hotel!
its a wine appreciation party and we girls are just supposed to sand around and make small talks with the guests (which i tried to do but to no avail).

when sindy and i were on our way to mandarin hotel,
we were stopped by lee teng and belinda lee at citylink mall.
they were shooting for some variety show i think.
supposed to ask people where they’re heading to and then hitch a ride if it should get them closer to their “destination”
(i hope you get what i’m trying to say. lol.)
anyway, there is no rides to be hitched from sindy and i.
so they had to leave.
hahahaha.
as they were leaving, i wished belinda lee good luck for that episode and hope they’d win.
and she asked me to kiss her!

i had a reunion with some of the dearest JC mates.
to be honest, i wasn’t very close to my JC mates.

i had brekkie with dada before setting off for fitting today! :))

i met up with sindy dear at yishun MRT and then went to meet prety ying for the fitting. :)

thanks to pie ling my greatest supporter, i took part in new paper new face this year.
the auditions today started at 10am and lasted until 6pm. *phew*
hell lots of GIRLS! and many PRETTY ONES!!! (pant pant)
hahaha. well, the lesbian in me loves pretty girls. :p

there were about nearly 300 girls shortlisted for the face to face interview today.
and i’m one of them! :D
heehee.

it was super super crowded.
the girls were separated by the year of birth: 83, 84, 85 blah blah..
and the registration process alone took up almost 2 hours
(plus the fact that alot of girls were late, including me. burps)
teeheehee.
saw many familiar faces there as well!!!

the wait was terrible.
for the first round of auditions, girls go into the theatrette where all the judges were seated in groups of 8.
the girls were only asked to stand, smile and look pretty. :p
hee.
the entire process lasted for around 45seconds.
thereafter, you have to WAIT AGAIN!
but fortunately lunch was provided. *yummy*

results for the first round of auditions were announced at around 3pm.
(yes, 3pm!!!!)
a good 230 to 250 girls were asked to leave.

asked me to wait so long and ask me to go home?!
but then again,
luckily got free lunch, and it was quite nice.

luckily shiyin dear is there to walk beside me as i hopped to the heerens.
i even resort to using my hairband to tie the shoe around my foot.

sindy and i went for a casting together in the afternoon!
sindy dear is a warrior!
she only slept 1 hour the night before (due to world cup of course)
and she can still hang out with us for the whole day!
she’s powerhouse!!!! :D

and met up and were happy to realise that we were both wearing happy yellow!!!! :))

night was even more exciting!
we went on with our usual routine of doubleo-zouk.
happy drinking remy shooters in doubleo.
like rossie said, its super yummy!
hehehehe.
and we saw pinkshoefetish in phuture!!!
we all adore her! hahaa.

sindy looks incredibly cute in those hat of hers!
and i tried to do polka dots too! :)
rossie dear says a woman with a family should dress demure, which explains her very high neckline. haha.

we all tried to act sexy. haha.
but to no avail.

we’re better off acting cute.
rossie suggested that we can all compete in a “squeeze fishball” competition.
