i accompanied raylene for a job interview today.
hahahaha.
like what they say,
there’s always a first time.
but this time isn’t the first for raylene.
the interviewer thinks she’s too young already.
but anyway,

used to be my little cousin,
but now donning on pretty clothes, heels and sheer makeup.

so i easily welcomed the $1.4k worth of sales.

it’s fanny dear’s birthday few days ago!

hehehe.. fanny is a pretty princess on her birthday. :)
sindy dear, rossie dear, mich dear, erica dear were at the party with me too.
sindy, ros and i shared and bought fanny dear pretty pressies.

before the party, ros and sindy came over to the lancome boothat suntec!

she bought so many things from me!

and i helped her with her eye makeup too!

i went dancing again!
it was actually initiated by sindy dear! but she last min had something to attend to.
so no choice.
hahaha.. on such a short notice, mighty peggy still managed to find four drop dead gorgeous babes to a night of fun and booze with me!

went to meet up with miumiu yesterday and spent some time together.

my friend melissa is writing for them and asked if they can do an interview with me.

the interview sets me thinking about what to do in future.
its like.. most of the undergrads already know what they wanna do in future.
journalism.. banking.. teaching.. entreprenuers..
but i’m completely lost.
no goals, no destinations.
and i’m feeling more and more terrified as i grow older and older everyday.
like spiderman said, “with greater powers, comes greater responsiblities”
i say, “with a bigger number in your age, comes greater responsiblities”
i’m not someone who is very responsible honestly.
hahahahahaha
i think its time i learn something more about being responsible.

it was fantastic time spent with mel lee yesterday!
just a little background, she was from the same secondary school as myself.
in fact, we’re in the same class for 2 yrs.
she used to sit beside me in class.
and we really had some wonderful time together before!
i love her! :D
although we have drifted apart considerably over the past few years,
it feels awesome spending the afternoon with her yesterday.
:))

most importantly,
miumiu was there with me for the interview and photoshoot.
although he is only hanging around alone in sentosa.
(quite bored i would think)
but he’s really nice!!
hanging out in the hot sun all the way in sentosa just to wait for me! teehehe!

wore my new top out yesterday!

i had a photoshoot with a photographer friend.
but went to meet up with miumiu first. :)
has been quite a while since i last saw miumiu.
(ok, like a few days only actually)
but i realised i missed him SO much! :((
really happy to see him again! hehehe!


met up with my friend and headed over to buona vista area for a photoshoot.

it was like a hiking trip!
must climb up and down.. it was bloody hot and stuffy.. i was sweating all over..
it felt TERRIBLE!

and the worse thing is,
THERE ARE HELL LOT OF MOSQUITOES THERE!
there was one point of time when i lowered my head
and saw FOUR FUCKING BLOODY skinny and famished and deprived mossies on my legs!
URGH!!!
i never ever wanna go back there again.

right now, my legs are itching.
and i’m telling myself: “DO NOT SCRATCH!”
hahahahaha.. it feels terrible. :(
we were halfway through the shoot when a train actually approached us!

it is the second day of training at lancome.
and its tiring tiring tiring!
:((
i was only required to be seated in an air conditioned room throughout the training,
but the sitting alone (for 7 hours) a day can totally drain me of my energy!
sobsobsob.
all the trainees (3 full time 5 part time) were fed with information and knowledge about skincare, skin itself, fragrances, bleah bleah.
and tomorrow, the last day of the training, is going to be makeup day!
hehe..
in my opinion, the most interesting of the lot.
i hope it’s going to be fun tomorrow.
:)

fortunately, the people there are quite nice.
the part timers are chirpy individuals who were around my age.
and it wasn’t long before we get engrossed in interesting small talks.
hahahaha.
the trainer is a gorgeous lady who looks a decade younger than her actual age.

the worse thing about the training?
it has to be the BLACK COVERED SHOES!
dammit!
gave me and a few other trainees blisters and unslightly abrasion scars on our feet.
it sucks inside out!!!
urgh urgh!
now my feet is still hurting like mad. and tomorrow, i’m supposed to wear those black covered shoes STILL!

to add on to my agony,
next week is going to be fully packed with work shifts!
boooooooooooooooooo.

i have been skipping my lessons in schol so often!
i think its high time i return to the classrooms before i fail this elective!

-short neat nails with polish, and during a launch of a new pdt, must apply special colour somemore!!!! wtf!

-no baby hair allowed to be left hanging around! (wtf)
-no clips, only black rubber bands; fringe to be WAXED UP!
-only stud earrings of silver, gold, pearl, diamonds
-one ring on each hand only

mummy went for her body check up at KK women clinic today.
she encountered some abnormality with some health checkup not long ago and was referred to KK for a further examination.
i’m so so so relieved that everything is well now! :D
i could tell mummy was elated too!
health is indeed wealth.
we had yummy chicken rice at far east plaza (which left us SUPER thirsty)
then she accompanied me to heerens to meet melissa for a fitting.

mel is writing for an online magazine called funky grad and had asked me to help her with some shoot.
so we headed down to new urban male for some kickass bikini!
teehehe! she got 3 different suits for me and a pair of havainas (ok, is this how i spell it?)

it is a pity that i can’t keep these things. haha!
the shoot is this saturday at sentosa!
i think i better eat light and check on my tummy and flabs before it all spills out on saturday.

i met up with shiyin for the second round of interviews today.
it was more nerve wrecking as compared to the first interview.
and to my surprise, i was confirmed on the spot! :)
but as for shiyin, the training period clashed with her school.
and when she mentioned that to the interviewer,
it made the interviewer a little held back.
boo.. so so sad.
i’d really love to work together with shiyin.
going for training together.. working together..
that can be hell lot of fun! :(

but now, we both are still praying that the interviewer will trust shiyin that she will skip her class just for the job training!
she really loves the job. boo.. :”(

met up with my groupmates for some silly project discussion before heading over to granny’s house.
it has been a while since i’ve last seen granny and my cuzzies.
MISS EM SO MUCH! :)

we had a yummy and affordable dinner!
but we were very unhappy in the beginning!
there are 11 of us in total so we needed a v big table!
so we decided to wait for this family who is already halfway thru their dinner when we reached there. (because tt’s the only big table)

but those people!

they see us waiting and they actually DELIBERATELY took they own sweet time to eat!
how can i tell?
they ordered their food ONE BY ONE!
ate rojak..
finished already then order one more hor fun..

i went for the lancome interview with shiyin today!
i can say that it was a smashing success for us.
teehehe!
but something damm sian is that there will be a second round of interview!
D U H!!!
but shiyin might not be able to commit for the job because the training period clashes with her schedule for school. :”"(
but however,
we still had a wonderfulllll time in town today!
shopping shopping shopppiiinngggg!
shiyin is indeed makeup guru!
she is the one i should always turn to should i need makeup tips!

i love the rose tea over there!

BYE BYE SILLY EXAMINATIONS!!!!

i went for an interview at a job agency over at temasek tower today.
guess what?
hehe..
as a beauty advisor in lancome!
remember i’ve alway wanted to try out the job of a beauty advisor?
i finally found this lobang. teehehe.

i got shiyin together with me tomorrow because she also has a burning desire to work as beauty consultant.
teehehe!

i really really hope everything goes well for us tomorrow!

i also met up with miumiu after the interview.
and had dinner at amoy street food centre.
i love that place!
because its the place where fanny dear and i spent a nice 2 to 3 months together during our lunch breaks.
we used to work in the same office during the A levels vacation.
and lunch time has always been the time we look forward to the most!
i love fanny dear! :))

i’ve got soooo many things i wanna do for the holidays!
shopping!
earn lots of money!
go bangkok!
and try out different stuff.. hehe.
i got a photographer friend who approached me for a photoshoot.
i casually asked if he could help miumiu and i take couple shots.
and he said YES!
hahaha! how cool is that!

all in all, i love the feeling when the exams are all over!

miumiu and i went over to bukit gombak for a nice gym session yesterday.
i managed to run 20 mins on the treadmill.
i used to suck SOOO much in running.
20 minutes IS an achievement got me. haha.
too bad i’ve got stitch yesterday. i think i can still continue running.
haha..

miu and i have agreed to make tuesdays our gym-day.
:)
he is pretty excited about it. haha.
he likes to put workout and girlfriend together.
then he can enjoy both concurrently.
hahaha.. whatever.
i should work out more often too! :))

miumiu used to stay in bukit gombak before shifting over to fajah.
and we went walk around the estate together.
the place where miumiu grew up in. :D
and had roti prata at his once-favourite stall for dinner.

then i saw this!

it really really did bring back alot of memories.
haha.
it has been long time since i’ve last seen this sort of kiddy ride machines.

only 20cents! haha. it looks exactly like the once i used to sit in boon keng.
(i grew up with my ah mah in geylang area. was a boon keng baby until 9 years old)
who knows!
miumiu might have sat on this kiddy ride before in the past! :D
